By accessing or using ResumeKraft (resumekraft.in), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our service.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered Free-tier users, and paid Pro subscribers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

ResumeKraft is an AI-powered resume building and optimization platform designed for job seekers and professionals worldwide. Our services include:

Service features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

Account Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account via Google OAuth or email/password registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account
• You must be at least 16 years of age to use ResumeKraft
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

Subscription Tiers

Subscription billing is handled via Razorpay. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

You agree not to use ResumeKraft for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Specifically, you must not:

• ✕Use the service to create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive resumes with fabricated credentials
• ✕Attempt to circumvent subscription limits through multiple accounts or automated tools
• ✕Upload malicious content, viruses, or scripts through the resume upload feature
• ✕Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform for commercial resale
• ✕Share your account credentials or provide paid-tier access to third parties

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

• AI-generated content suggestions are advisory and should be reviewed by the user before submission to employers
• We are not liable for any hiring decisions or outcomes based on resumes created using our platform
• Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis; we do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of ResumeKraft shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via email for a minimum period of 30 days.
